The Carvery is a sandwich shop located in South Surrey, Canada, close to the US border. Truly hidden in an industrial area and working odd hours, Bryan's sandwiches are custom made from scratch with real ingredients, avoiding processed food. The struggle to run a restaurant business in Canada today is real, and as a specialized, hidden-gem mom-and-pop shop, Bryan feels it more than most. We filmed an episode to show what it takes to create a real sandwich variety a Cubano, a French dip, and every classic in between.
